Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a space where we meet one-on-one to talk about what’s going on in your life, what feels difficult, and what you’d like to change. People come to therapy for many reasons: stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss, or simply wanting a clearer sense of direction. In our sessions, we’ll sort through your thoughts and feelings, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and explore new ways of approaching challenges. Therapy isn’t just about solving problems, it’s also about getting to know yourself better and finding tools to live with more clarity, confidence, and ease.
Couples Psychotherapy
Couples therapy is a space where we come together to better understand and strengthen your relationship. We might explore communication struggles, conflict, intimacy concerns, life transitions, or simply the feeling of disconnection. In our sessions, we’ll create space to talk openly, practice listening and responding to one another, and work through the patterns that create tension or distance. The focus isn’t on deciding who’s “right” or “wrong,” but on helping both of you feel heard, build healthier ways of relating, and move toward a more fulfilling and resilient relationship.
Coaching is about setting goals together, making plans, and taking action. Instead of focusing on the past, we’ll keep our attention on where you want to go. I’ll help you clarify your vision, identify obstacles, and map out practical steps to move forward. Whether you want to advance in your career, build new habits, or navigate a life transition, we’ll create accountability and structure to keep you on track. Our work is centered on progress, results, and building the momentum to reach your personal or professional goals.

Clinical Consultation
Clinical consultation is a supportive, collaborative space for therapists in training or early in their careers to deepen their skills and confidence. It can be especially valuable when working toward licensure or navigating challenging cases. In consultation we focus on case conceptualization, making sense of client dynamics, identifying themes, and thinking through interventions as well as the practical and professional aspects of developing your identity as a clinician. The goal is to provide both guidance and a sounding board, helping you grow your clinical judgment, refine your therapeutic voice, and move forward in your career with clarity and support.
